🏷️ personal (almost) oversharing 🏷️

Below are some of my most frequent oversharings, along with some things I gatekeep and some advice that I feel like has helped me ♡  

 Overshared

💌 I wear worn clothes; if it hasn't been sweated in, or have noticeable stains, or smell, then it's okay. If you're washing your clothes after every outfit, you're wasting good water. 

💌 Showers are the most chore-esque thing ever; it is so much effort, and although they do feel great, I also feel like a light-headed, sick person after and end up sitting for several minutes using the toilet as a chair. 

💌 I use my vibrator every night, and it sets me up for some of the best sleeps ever. I think it's completely healthy and releases pent-up hormones, emotions, and energy that form inside. I mean, humans are innately horny, and it feels great. 

💌 Reading smut is different than sex, and I could go on about how it is a better form of consuming sexual content versus porn - porn shows an oversexualized, simplified, harsh and normally abusive form of sex, whereas smut, for starters often has a better story, allows the reader to form their own image and wanting of the experience of sex and affection. Anyways ... I don't think the boys will like this one, oops. 

💌 I often feel like I'll never fall in love, and I think it's because not only have I not experienced alot of boy-centered, good events in my life, but also because of the fact males don't really approach me, which then feeds into my already low self-esteem. We are on the ride up to the top of self-love and affection though ♡ 

 

Behind the Gate 

💌 Shave your arms; I know some people are more comfortable with hair, but if you're not one of those people (like me) shave your forearms. Shave wherever you want! I shave my arms, my feet, my hands, my happy trail, and literally every other part of my body. I always feel so much smoother, and get compliments on my skin softness constantly. 

💌 Strong rain sounds while studying helps me focus so much,  I just find music can normally distract from the information I'm looking at. 

💌 Having a good, cute pair of thing, adjustable light grey sweats is the best thing I have ever done. I wear them constantly, and they can be dressed up or down, are so comfortable, and go with any colour.

💌 Old lipstick used as blush has changed my blush routine; I feel like the pigment lasts longer, and can add to the colour of your original blush. I may be slowly poisoning my cheeks but it's okay. 

💌 Women's Cranberry Probiotics are your bestfriend - they have genuinely changed my gut health and my vaginal health scent wise and discharge-wise.

💌  Testing out whether you match gold or silver hues for jewelry and deciding on an overall, everything colour has made my appearance so much more consistent and better. Your face looks less drained, and the gold or silver jewelry becomes a staple of you as a person. 

💌 Therapy changed my life! Having a person to vent to, explain their thoughts too, and even just have as a support of some sort is the most relieving thing. I have been in therapy since I was in elementary school, and it is such a strong and important part of my life now. I don't know where I would be without my counsellor. 

💌 Quick heat-up dinners has saved my nights so many times, especially simple ones that are filling, don't take much time, and don't have too many ingredients to upset your stomach. For example heat-up rice, noodles, sandwiches, and easy 3-4 ingredient put together salads.
